Food: Dinner is included! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, we will include this when we order.
Volunteer Roles Include:
- Registration Table: Checking guests in upon arrival.
- Welcome Event Guide: Welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they check-in at registration and know where the venue is (the convention center is very large and there may be more than one event happening this evening, so pointing guests to the room our event is taking place).
- Event Guide: Assisting guests by directing them to the reception area and answering questions about ballroom locations and event logistics.
- Silent Auction: Assisting guests who would like to place a bid on an auction item but may need assistance.
- Paddle Call: Assist in recording each dollar value and paddle number, for the cash call.
- Breakdown: Help with clean up and breakdown after the event has concluded.
