We're gearing up for a fantastic family reunion, filled with fun activities for all ages! To make this a day to remember, we're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with a variety of roles:
- Be Our Reunion Greeters (All Day): Start the day off right by assisting with registration and welcoming families as they arrive.
- Set the Stage for Fun (Morning): Help us set up the venue in the morning, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth transition into a day of family bonding.
- Supervise and Engage (All Day): Be a friendly face throughout the day! Volunteer to supervise fun activities like the pool, playground, splash pad, archery range, mini golf course, rock wall, zip line, and tree house. You can also create a welcoming environment in the sensory room.
- Sibshops & Craft Station (11:00am-12:00pm): Assist our staff in an hour of arts & crafts! Hang out with the kiddos, help them create their master pieces and assist in clean up!
- Capture the Memories (10:30am-12:30pm) We need someone with a keen eye to capture fantastic photos as families arrive/reconnect and throughout the early afternoon before lunch!
- Safety First! (All Day) Nurse or medical professional: For peace of mind, we need medical team members to be available to support during any emergencies.
- Break It Down Together (After Party): Help us pack up and return the venue to its original state after all the fun is over.
Being a volunteer is a rewarding way to be a part of the reunion spirit! You'll get to meet new family members, contribute to a memorable event, and of course, have a blast yourself!
